I have completed my review of the East Park Phase 1 plat and the supporting documents. The attached PDFs contain my comments. Please review the provided comments, make the necessary revisions and submit another PDF for a final review. Upon submitting, please let me know how the easements noted on the plat are to be addressed. I will also need an updated title report reflecting the changes indicated.
Regarding the attached consent affidavits. New copies do not need to be submitted. I noticed you are using a copy of your stamp on your submittals and I marked it up accordingly. For future submittals that do not follow the OARs cited, they will be returned for correction prior to review. Please be sure your final deliverables to the City are wet signed and sealed, or if using a digital signature, please provide the appropriate electronic copy so I can verify authenticity.
The Warranty Deed for the two lots along Auburn being conveyed to the City are being prepared in house. I should have those ready and submitted to you next week for signatures.

I completed my review of the recently submitted East Park Estates PUD plat. Attached is a PDF with my comments. Please review and make the necessary revisions. There are a couple items that I have questions on located on Sheet 1, 3, 4, & 5 that I would like to see your responses to prior to you submitting the mylar. If you could address the comments in an email, via a phone call, or send me a clip of that sheet with the corrections made, that would be appreciated. Upon complete responses to those items, I would say you are ready to print the mylar.
I just received the revised CC&Rs and Bylaws yesterday from your clients attorney. They have been routed to the appropriate departments for review. I will notify you as soon as those reviews have been complete. I dont expect it will be very long before I hear back.
Nice work on this plat. It has been an easy one to review.
