Hi Don,
The Land Use Decision (SUB19-09) for Belle Plaine does expire on March 10, 2022. You will need to apply for an extension of the Approval through Planning, I have copied the Case Planner, Olivia Dias, to help with that process.
The Public Construction Plan Approval will expire on April 12, 2021. If you need an extension of this approval, please let me know and I can help.
What is the status of obtaining the Performance Security for the off-site improvements?
Have you received your approval from the Corp of Engineers yet?
