I have completed my second review of the Northstar Phase 6 plat. Attached is a PDF with my comments. Per my email on 9/21, I had provided comments on the easement agreements that were provided. There was also an agreement missing that still needed to be provided for review. Those comments were not addressed in your most recent submittal. I have transferred those comments from the previous submittal to this plat review. Please review the PDFs provided in my 9/21 email and let me know how you are proceeding.
Please review and make the necessary revisions. If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to contact me. I would like to see a final submittal with everything addressed. Please submit new PDFs. Signatures are not required by your client at this time.

I have completed my review of the most recent submittal of the Northstar Phase 6 plat. Attached is a PDF with my comments. If you believe the comments indicated can be addressed properly without another review, then please make it so and submit a final mylar with all of the supporting documents.
There are a number of set monument symbols that were highlighted that were not addressed from my last set of comments. If these truly are monuments set this plat, then I need to have Chad revisit the field to verify because it was not what was checked.
I also reviewed the revised maintenance agreements that were submitted. They all look good as drafted and agree with the details shown on the plat. Thank you.
On a side note, I would like to note that ORS 209.250 provides me 30 days to review the submitted survey upon receiving the map. To be fair to every firm that submits to the City for review I address each survey in the order in which it was received and within statutory timeline. I wanted you to know that to accommodate the requests of having this reviewed before the weeks end, I moved the Phase 6 plat to the top of the queue, and finalized my review of it around 1am this morning. I completed a cursory review of all my comments after waking up this morning to make sure something wasnt overlooked.

Originally when I signed the plat and delivered it to Planning, and after Don made me aware of the contamination concern, I had asked Sally and Lisa not to review and sign the plat until they heard from me. I checked to make sure Sally was aware that she needs to come to the office and process the plat for Lisas signature since she doesnt work on Mondays and being she works from home. As Don stated, Tuesday is the earliest the plat will be processed in planning. Tuesday is also a busy day for most of them because of their weekly staff meetings, so Wednesday could be a possibility too. They will let me know when it is ready to be picked up.

The Mylar for Northstar Phase 6 was signed by the Planning Administrator and I have scanned it into the system and attached it to the appropriate permit folders. It is also attached to this email.
