I did an inspection this afternoon, and there are two remaining issues to address before I can sign off on the final inspection: " No parking fire lane signs are required to be posted along the accessway leading to the property (Claxter Rd NE), per condition 4 of the land use decisionsee markups on sheet ST1.01. " One tree is missing from a landscaped island (see the screenshot below). I assume this tree was left out because theres a security camera above where the tree should go. The tree can be ornamental, so as to not block the cameras view, if necessary. Let me know if you have questions or comments. Best, | |
