Approved fire department access will be required for each phase of construction. Only 30 dwelling units may be served from 1 fire department access unless all units have fire sprinklers. Note: the second approved means of fire department access needs to be separated by 1/2 of the diagonal of the development. Dead end roads over 150 feet in length need an approved turnaround. Fire hydrants are required to be provided within 600 feet of all portions of the exterior of the structure. All measurements are made along an approved route. |
