1. Anticipated date of completed construction along Kale. I understand final monuments along Kale will not be set until this construction is complete.
2. Please ask Planning for the Conditions of Approval Document to be recorded.
3. Anticipated date of Affidavit of Consent from M&T Bank.
4. Need copy of Operating Agreement from Northstar Communities LLC.
5. County Surveyor Approval of Subdivision Name. County Record show the name North Star reserved, but no final approval document.
6. As per SRC 205.035(g), please provide a copy of the Operation and Maintenance Agreement for the flag lot access easements serving Lots 17, 18, 29 and 30.
