I will be the case manager for the UGA and annexation since Chris Green is no longer working for the city.
I reviewed the UGA application for completeness and need only one item -- the proposed dwelling unit density of the subdivision as part of the written statement:
200.025(c) Submittal Requirements. In addition to the submittal requirements for a Type II application under SRC Chapter 300, an application for an Urban Growth Preliminary Declaration shall contain the following:
(1) The legal description of the total contiguous ownership on which the development is to occur;
(2) A vicinity map showing the outline of the proposed development and its relation to all existing designated arterial and collector streets within a one mile radius;
(3) The proposed or anticipated use;
(4) If property is to be subdivided for residential purposes, the proposed dwelling unit density of the subdivision; and
(5) Such other information as the Director deems necessary to evaluate the application.
The application will be deemed complete upon receipt of one of the following:
(1) All of the missing information;
(2) Some of the missing information and written notice from the applicant that no other information will be provided;
(3) Written notice from the applicant that none of the missing information will be provided.
You have until May 6, 2018 (180 days from the date the UGA application was submitted) to respond in one of the three ways listed above, or the application will be deemed void.
