There is a wetland and trees on the subject property. The proposed grading activity remains outside the mapped wetland. There is only one tree identified under TCP14-11 for preservation in this are of the site (a 39-inch significant oak on Lot 50); all of the other trees in this area are identified for removal under the TCP. The significant oak on Lot 50 is identified for protection on the grading and demo plans submitted with the 1200C.
The proposed activity therefore conforms with the refinment plan, the tree conservation plan, SRC Chapter 808, and SRC Chapter 809. |
