However, Exhibit B on the Property Line Adjustment Deed should correspond to Parcel II on Exhibit A of the Preliminary Title Report, which includes two tax lots. Instead, Exhibit B describes the boundary of only the northerly one of the two tax lots, so it doesn't describe the current property line that is being moved. The Exhibits for the Property Line Adjustment Deed should also include maps. We expect to see one map for each exhibit. It looks like the applicant submitted three copies of the same map that was submitted for the PLA application. Exhibit E for the Property Line Adjustment Deed is missing. It should be a legal description (and corresponding map) of the area that is being transferred from Property 1 to Property 2. Please give these comments to the applicant. Thanks.
