The property is zoned FMU (Fairview Mixed-Use) and is located in the 4000 to 4200 Blocks of Pringle Road SE and the 4300 Block of Battle Creek Road SE (Marion County Assessor Map and Tax Lot Numbers: 083W11/200 & portions of 083W02/100 and 083W11/100).
