In this workshop participants will be taking a look at their relationships with family and friends and how they evolve as we get older. The content will address grief and loss, isolation, expectations, and changes in our physical and emotional wellbeing as we journey through this season of life. Life Coach and Retirement Guide, Annette Jensen will share ideas on how to adjust our thoughts and perspectives as we experience these various events so that we recognize the importance that each one brings. Attendee participation is encouraged in sharing resources and ideas for engaging in social events and tips on making new friends.
