A team of Salem police officers and various crime prevention and local business mascots will be visiting block parties throughout our city.
that you specify the time your party will begin and end. Please note, our ability to send teams will be based on the total number of parties registered.
We will do our very best to accommodate all requests we receive.
If you are closing a street, then traffic cones, “no parking” signs, and barricades are
available for use on a first-come, first-served basis from the Public Works Department.
You may pick up equipment at City Shops, 1435 22nd Street SE, Building 4, Salem OR 97301
between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Monday, July 31, or on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.
Equipment must be returned between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 2, 2017.
The user group must pick up and return equipment in a clean, reusable condition. The requesting organization must agree to comply with the provisions for use of City equipment and is responsible for any loss of and/or damage to equipment.
