Comment: I have attached a photo of the house at 2441 Evergreen Ave ne. We have had nothing but problems the land owner Jose Gonzalez. Despite his involvement in the community he has done nothing but contribute to the crime increase in our neighbor hood. He refused to do anything to the current occupants and said they were good people. Well these people kept allowing homeless people to camp on both sides of the fence! My vehicles kept getting broken into, and we tried to contact Jose Gonzalez, he told us to not contact him and yelled and cursed at us for calling him. Told us he was calling police on us for calling him. This property is in poor condition because he never wanted to do anything about it, why give him the ability to make more problems with new tenants. We do not agree on this proposed permit, it will not help our community with the way Jose Gonzalez operates with landlard management!
