As a neighbor to this project, I oppose items 1, 2 and 4. It was made very clear to Mosiac during neighborhood negotiations that we were against a gas station being constructed in this development. I strongly oppose the elimination of a building entrance off Kuebler Blvd and eliminating anymore pedestrian amenity. It unconscionable that the project would lessen the landscaping after the mass elimination of plants and ruining habitats for the local wildlife while replacing it with buildings and pavement. These buildings will already add to the increased polluted runoff but adding in a fueling station will pose significant risk of further pollution and permanent damage to the area and surrounding neighborhoods. This will also result in house values and thus property taxes paid to the city. Additionally, traffic in this area will get even worse. Emergency vehicles have difficulty getting to the Retirement center already and the time it takes residents to begin/end their commute has significantly increased just since the development west and housing projects southwest were added. Please do not approve this land use request. Thank you
