We have briefed the City Engineer, Allen Dannen PE, regarding your request for a separate Grading Permit for the development, but the consensus is that we will need to see that the proposed Retaining Walls along the southern boundary of the site will need to be reviewed and approved before any Grading Permit or Public Construction permit is issued for the project.
I will be out of the office for some PTO through next week. You are welcome to call Don Whitehurst (503-588-6211) to discuss the Grading Permit and/or any other of the comments provided.

I think that there are still some outstanding items for the QUAIL SPRING project including, the Building Permits for Private Retaining Walls and the Permit of Entry for the private stormwater connection. Im not sure if Don Whitehurst has already talked to you about the drainage swale needed along Lots 5 & 6, but he has left a comment on Sheet C4A.
