Hi Jerry,
Here are my notes on the revised application. Jennifer Scott is also looking at the revisions for Public Works and may have more comments for you. We need more evidence regarding the legality of the lot, we know that this property is a fraction Lot 66 of Sunnyside Fruit Farms #3, and need evidence that this is a legal fraction of the parent lot. The other item planning needs is an updated tree conservation plan application form with a revised tree count, and revised tree plan showing the additional trees that need to be removed.
